FS-Series Compatible Hand Heat Sealers TISH Series Hand Heat Sealers Stainless Steel Heat sealers WN-Series Long Hand Sealers	These hand heat sealers seal poly bags and any thermoplastic materials quickly and efficiently. No warm up time is needed. Depending on the model of the machine, materials up to 40" wide and 10 mil thick can be heat sealed. Once the timer is set, it will give a consistently flat seal. Easy to operate. Simply set the timer, insert bag between the sealing bars, press down, and release. Round Wire for Cut & Seal available on most heat sealers.
Portable Sealers	These portable, lightweight, and versatile sealers can be used anywhere. They are ideal for sealing irregular packages.
Automatic Sealer	Designed for the continuous sealing of thermoplastic materials. Depending on the model of the sealer, material up to 24" wide and 15 mil thick can be sealed. The seal width ranges from 2mm to 10mm. Equipped with a electronic timer and a an electromagnet. Operates on impulse sealing, and controlled by a plug-in transistorized circuit board. Once correct settings have been established, consistent seals will be maintained automatically. Easy to operate.
Continuous Band Sealer	Continuous Band Sealers are designed for sealing plastic bags of thermoplastic materials of any size, length, and thickness up to 20 mil. The maximum seal width is 15mm. The variable conveyor belt speed is adjustable to accommodate materials varying in thickness. The conveyor belt can be raised or lowered and in some models, even tilted to the desired angle. It is equipped with an imprinter, or an ink coding system to record words, dates, and codes with each seal. Each machine comes with a tool box containing spare bands, Teflon belts, tools, and a type set. Some models can be interchanged easily from horizontal to vertical to free standing positions with an optional conversion kit.
Direct Heat Sealer	Auto and foot-operated direct heat sealers seal all types of thermoplastic packaging material. Depending on the model of the sealer, material up to 16" wide and 20 mil thick can be sealed. The meshed seal width is 15mm. Ideal for coated aluminum foil, Kraft paper, cellophane and other thick materials. Equipped with a thermostat or an electronic thermo controller that accurately controls the temperature from 30-550 degree F ( 0-300 degree C). Both jaws are heated simultaneously so there is a better heat penetration to seal thicker material. Comes with adjustable work table. Easy to operate.
Double Impulse Sealer	The hand, foot-operated, or auto double impulse sealer is ideal for heavy duty application. Depending on the model of the sealer, material up to 24" wide and 20 mil thick can be sealed with a 5mm or 10mm wide seal. The sealer uses 2 heating elements: upper and lower, that fuse the material from both sides at the same time. This gives a faster and better seal for thicker or hard to seal material. Easy to operate. Set the timer, insert the bag between the sealing bars, press down on the foot pedal or handle and release after the timer goes off.
Foot Operated Sealer	Ideal for high volume poly bag and other thermoplastic sealing. Capable of sealing 15-20 bags per minute. Keep both hands free for quicker and more accurate sealing. Depending on the model of the sealer, materials up to 35" wide and 16 mil total thickness can be sealed. The seal width ranges from 2mm to 5mm. Equipped with a plug-in timer. The timer controls the sealing time needed for different materials. Once the timer is set, it will give a consistently flat seal. Automatically beeps or signal light on the timer turns off when seal is done.
I-Bar Sealer	I-Bar Sealers were designed for shrink film packaging, but they can also be used for poly bag sealing. The I-Bar Sealer works just like a Hand Sealer. The sealer usually comes with round wire for cut and seal. Depending on the model of the machine, film up to 34" wide and 0.025mm (100 gauge) thickness can be used. All sealers are of steel construction including the work base for quality and durability. Timer, heat gun holder, film roller, film separator and cutter unit are some of the different features of the sealers.
L-Bar Sealer	L-Bar Sealers are designed for shrink packaging. One step cuts and seals film up to 26" wide depending on the model of the sealer. The sealer makes 2 seals at one time-sealing both the edge of the center fold wrap and also cutting & sealing across the width. The sealers are of steel construction for quality and durability. Equipped with an electronic timer to control the sealing time. All sealers come with a film separator, work table, and a twin perforating hole punchers and film roller.
Vacuum Sealers	Vacuum packaging is the process of removing air around a product and then sealing the product in an impermeable package. It protects the product from oxidation, spoilage, and corrosion. It is ideal for vacuum packaging in food, medical supplies, and clean room applications. Barrier bags are used for vacuum sealing because polyethylene or polypropylene bags are both porous and cannot hold the vacuum for long term storage.
Heat Guns	Heat guns are used to shrink PVC or polypropylene film uniformly and tightly around an item, producing a form-fitting, tamper-proof package. The heat gun is equipped with 2 temperature settings from 500-1100 degrees Fahrenheit depending on the model of the heat gun.
Replacement kits	Replacement Kits are available for most sealers. It consists of 2 heating elements, 2 Teflon covers, and 2 Teflon adhesives. This is the most economical way to stock the worn out parts and avoid down time. For sealers with a cutter unit, 1 blade is included in the replacement kit. For sealers that use a Teflon cover roll, a one foot length of Teflon cover is included instead of the normal 2 Teflon covers. Please provide the sealer's model number when ordering.
