Shipping  We ship stock bags from regional warehouses. Most in stock orders are shipped within 24 hours. We use the least expensive method to ship your order (UPS Ground for most orders). Other methods available.

Returns   Please check your order immediately. Incorrect shipments or defective merchandise will be exchanged at no charge if claim is made within 5 days of receipt of merchandise. Other returns accepted within 10 days and are subject to a 15% restocking charge.  Returns must be shipped freight prepaid. Please obtain a return authorization and shipping instructions before returning merchandise.

Product Warranty   Products are warranted to conform to industry recognized standards. Tolerances vary according to product line. Please specify critical tolerances at time of order. The company makes no other warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the salability or fitness for a particular use. In no event shall the company be liable for any loss, damage or expenses resulting from the use or inability to use its products.

Samples   As an additional service, samples are available for many products listed on our web site. We do, however, reserve the right to limit quantities.
