Linear low density (LLD) gusseted poly bags can be used in place of .0015 to .002 mil bags. These bags are made from a unique blend of linear low density resin. This material allows bags to be of a thinner gauge while still providing the same or better strength and puncture resistance as a standard low density bag of a higher gauge. Linear low density bags also meet FDA standards for use in food applications, and are a cost effective alternative when compared with a low density bag. Bottom sealing give linear low density bags added strength.
