供应厂商进行产品设计、生产和检验的依据。
品质部门验货、退货的依据。
物料部门进行采购的依据。
对供应厂商产品质量进行技术认证的依据。

本技术要求适用于铝制松不脱螺钉的选型、采购与检验。

松不脱螺钉用于拉手条、插箱等的固定,操作方便,而且当螺钉松开时,螺钉不会松脱。松不脱螺钉可用手拧或用螺丝刀拧。
仅可用于A、B类环境和C类环境的Ⅱ型结构件;不能用于I型结构件.
1)结构尺寸
松不脱螺钉主要由旋钮、涨铆套、螺钉、弹簧组成,见图1:

表面光洁、平整,铝套直纹清晰,无批锋。
不锈钢件:符合《DKBA0.450.0067金属表面转化膜工艺质量要求》中不锈钢钝化的耐蚀性能要求。
铝件阳极氧化:符合《DKBA0.450.0067金属表面转化膜工艺质量要求》中铝阳极氧化耐蚀性要求。
电镀锌件:符合《DKBA0.450.0066 金属镀层工艺质量要求》中电镀锌的耐蚀性能要求。
松不脱组合后要求:按照IEC 68-2-30(或GB/T 2423.4)交变湿热6个周期(6天),无任何可见的被腐蚀情况。
使用与螺钉槽号相匹配的标准工具,采用下表中紧固扭矩/松脱扭矩安装后,螺钉表面不得有镀层破坏、螺钉打花、滑丝等现象。
螺钉需要达到下表中最小破坏扭矩要求。

注:螺钉内外套抗拉力为松不脱螺钉铆在5052-H34铝板上,测得的螺钉内外套抗拉力。
松不脱螺钉铆装好后,自由状态下螺钉推出、回弹需顺畅。
铆装后松不脱螺钉在产品上来回使用15次,不允许出现弹簧弹不起或卡死现象,黑色螺钉,十字槽不允许露白。
本检验规则适用于华为公司来料检验,其检验应符合华为技术有限公司质量部门的规定。对于未规定的产品采用批次检验的方式,检验方法采用GB2828逐批检验中一次抽样方案。
1、本技术要求的解释权归华为技术有限公司整机工程部。
2、供求双方有技术上的分歧时,以本技术要求作为仲裁。

Note: The FC-3 screw specification is M3. The FC-4/ FC-4B screw specification is M4. The FC-6-1B/FC-6-2B screw specification is M6. B indicates that the color is black. L indicates that the length of the screw is extended.
A captive screw is used to fasten a faceplate or subrack. When you loosen the captive screw, it does not fall off. You can install a captive screw with your hand or with a screwdriver.
The captive screw can only used for the class A and B environment and II structural parts of class C environment, cannot used for I structural parts.
A captive screw consists of the knob, anchor rivet sleeve, screw, and spring. See Figure 1.

Note:
1. When FC-3-2 or FC-3-2B is used for a board 1.5 mm thick, the recommended dimension B is 0.4.
2. When FC-6-1B is used for a board 1.0 mm thick, it will be 0.1-0.2mm higher than the board surface; when used for board thicker than 1.2mm, it won’t be higher than the board surface.

According to the requirements specified in the DKBA 2332 Environmental Specifications for the Materials Purchased by Huawei.
The appearance should be clean and flat and the straight veins of the aluminum sleeve are clear without cracks.
Stainless steel part: meet the corrosion resistance of stainless to DKBA04500067 Requirement for Conversion Coating on Metals
Aluminum anodizing: meet the corrosion resistance of aluminum anodizing to DKBA04500067 Requirement for Conversion Coating on Metals
Electrolytic zinc-coated part: meet the corrosion resistance of electrolytic zinc-coated to DKBA04500066 Requirements for Metal Plating.
Captive screw assembled: an alternating hot and humid test is done for 6 cycles (6days) according to IEC 68-2-30 or GB/T2523.4, after the test there is no corrosion.
You need to use the standard tool matching the screw slot number. After you install the screw by using the fastening or loosening torque moment listed in the following table, no plating is damaged on the surface of the screw and the screw does not slip.
The screw must meet the requirement on the minimum damage torque moment.

Captive screws installed well, in free state, screw is launched and rebounded smoothly.
After captive screws installed, screws are used in the part for 15 times, it is not allowed that spring can’t work in the process, and is not allowed to see white on the screw groove in black captive screws.
The inspection rule is applicable to the inspection of the incoming materials of Huawei and it must comply with the regulations of the Quality Dept. of Huawei. The undefined products are inspected in batch and the single sampling plan of the GB2828 batch inspection is used.
1. MPE Dept. of Huawei reserves the right to interpret the technical requirements.
2. If there is any disagreement, the arbitration is subject to the technical requirements.
